DeJuan Blair was outstanding for the San Antonio Spurs this year
20-year old power forward DeJuan Blair was outstanding for the Spurs this year. Blair played in all 82 games (23 starts) for the Spurs this season in which he averaged 18.2 minutes, 7.8 points, 6.4 rebounds and 0.8 assists per game. He shot 55.6% from the field but only 54.7% from the free throw line showing that most of his shots come from up close to the basket. He seemed to save his best for last as he started in place of Tim Duncan in the last game of the regular season for the Spurs and all he did was score 27 points, grab 23 rebounds, dish the ball out for 4 assists and he stole the ball 3 times in 37 minutes. He will be a starter down the road for the Spurs without a doubt.
