Back-up point guard George Hill has been solid for the Spurs so far this season. He has played in 28 games (4 starts) for the Spurs this year and he is averaging 24.4 minutes, 9.9 points, 2.1 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game. Hill is doing a great job backing up Tony Parker but he’s likely to be coming off of the bench until he’s elgible to become a free agent as Parker is only 27 years old and going strong. Still, the Spurs have great depth at point guard and not too many NBA teams can say that.

Tim Duncan is showing no signs of slowing down for the Spurs as he is still one of the best big men in the NBA. Duncan has played in 23 games (all starts) for the Spurs this season and he is averaging 31.8 minutes, 19.7 points, 10.5 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.1 blocked shots per game. The Spurs will always be a threat to win the NBA Title as long as Tim Duncan is healthy and that appears to be the case this season.
