The Spurs withstood a furious 4th quarter surge by the Pistons to win last night.  Tony Parker did a good job of running the offense with 22 points, 3 rebounds and 7 assists.  Tim Duncan was great in the paint with 17 points and 14 rebounds.  Brent Barry chipped in with 16 points and 3 assists.

The Spurs blast the Pacers 90-72 in San Antonio

The Spurs outscored the Pacers 53-28 in the 2nd and 3rd quarters and they held the Pacers to 35.4% from the floor last night.  Tim Duncan led the way for the Spurs with 27 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists.  Francisco Elson also had a solid game with 14 points, 4 rebounds and 3 blocked shots.

The Spurs fall 91-85 to the Celtics in San Antonio

The Spurs only shot 37.3% from the floor and that did them in last night.  Tony Parker led the way for the Celtics with 30 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 steals.  Tim Duncan also had an outstanding game with 20 points, 16 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals and 7 blocked shots.

The Spurs fall 101-90 to the Bucks in Milwaukee

The Spurs got outrebounded 46-26 and they allowed the Bucks to hit 53.4% from the floor and that’s why they lost on Thursday.  Brent Barry led the way for the Spurs with 20 points.  Tony Parker also had a solid game with 15 points and 8 assists.

The Spurs just were the better team last night, plain & simple.  Tony Parker led the way for the Spurs with 25 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists.  Tim Duncan also had a solid game with 19 points and 9 rebounds.
