Rookie will have a hard time getting PT

Rookie James White (G/F) will have a hard time seeing the floor for the San Antonio Spurs.  The Spurs have veterans all the way down the roster, so White will probably just watch and learn this season.

Spurs blast the Clippers 103-81

The Spurs shot really well as they hit 52% of their shots from the floor.  Brent Barry led the way off the bench with 24 points and 4 rebounds.  Tony Parker directed the offense well with 21 points and 4 assists.  Manu Ginobili scored 18 points off the bench.  Tim Duncan was very busy with 17 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. 

The Spurs improved to 16-6 with this win.

Spurs fall to Lakers 106-99

The Spurs played hard and hit 51.4% of their shots, but it wasn’t enough.  The Lakers outrebounded the Spurs 42-33.  Manu Ginobili led the Spurs with 23 points.  Tony Parker directed the offense well with 21 points, 4 rebounds and 9 assists.  Bruce Bowen added 16 points.  Tim Duncan was very active with 16 points, 13 rebounds and 5 assists. 

The Spurs fell to 15-6 on the season with this loss.

Spurs destroy the Clippers 111-82

The Spurs never gave the Clippers a chance in this basketball game.  The Spurs shot 52.9% from the floor and outrebounded the Clippers 44-35 on their way to a blowout victory.

Manu Ginobili led the way with 22 points and 6 rebounds.  Tim Duncan had a solid game with 16 points and 10 rebounds.  Brent Barry added 16 points off the bench.  Michael Finley scored 13 points and grabbed 4 rebounds.  Francisco Elson played good off the bench with 11 points and 5 rebounds.  Tony Parker did a great job of running the offense with 9 points and 15 assists.

The Spurs improved to 15-5 on the season with this win.

Spurs de-claw Bobcats 96-76

The Bobcats were just no match for the Spurs on Wednesday Night.  Tim Duncan led the way with 25 points and 4 rebounds.  Manu Ginobili came off the bench and scored 13 points and dished out 5 assists.  Michael Finley (11 points, 6 rebounds), Tony Parker (10 points, 5 assists) and Brent Barry (10 points) all played well for the Spurs.

The Spurs improved to 14-5 with this victory.
